DSTV

I phoned DStv 4 weeks ago and kept on phoning untill today. I dont have a service with them and wanted to apply for pricelock @R899.i spoke to agents, line managers and Manager who promised to come back to me. Untill today, 4 weeks later I have only received 1 call and I asked them to please phone back in 5 minutes as I could not take the call. They told me it would be no problem and they will phone back.

I also wrote on their customer care page 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a response.

I think they are the worst company that I ever dealt with.
