This is descasting to charg my mother ekstra money on her account after speaking I can to even explain times I spend on pho e for them to correct details. Now again my mother is a pension lady pension only get payed into her account today. I told them to chang the date to the 3rd. Every time thy add connection fees on her account. There is no note made to change the date. They keep on telling her she must just pay it. This is bull ****. Un exeptable. She had to go to the shop again now to pay R50 in but I not sure if the going to connect her service now. This is very bad service from DStv. Wat can I do for them to stop putting charges on my mother's account.
