I am on a 24months contract R379 for compact and R86 for access including discount for price lock where i was told that i would not be affected by price increase now i have been billed R628,i called the call center no one doesn't know how that amount came from all i am being told is that the agenr made a mistake and i habe being prorated for paying before why would i be charged for paying early.
