I have received the worst service from dstv call centre after several calls made to them seeking assistance, I am yet to be helped. I was made to hold for over 40 minutes at a time and no one has the decency to come back to me to update me on my query.
dstv has the most horrible service i have ever experienced and the whats app of website is not user friendly.
