Dstv is providing really Bad Service, on the 26/02/2020, I requested a recording for the 04/02/2020 or for them to listen to it and give me feedback. I'm still waiting for them to do so. Luciano the Team leader promised to give me a call on Friday the 28/02/2020 at 10:00 with some feedback of some sort. My service were opened on the 04/02/2020 without my consent and I need to pay about R362.00 Now i'm on the phone with one of the consultant for the past 30 min and it doesn't look like i'll be getting help. On the 26/02/2020 I spoke to Thobeka who didn't submit my request for the call be listen to. Between Venecia and Hlengiwe from Dstv activated my account without my consent. I have been watching TV for the past week trying to Resolve this Issue. OK while waiting for someone to help me the phone goes off.
