DSTV😞😞😞😞
Good day DSTV me again,so what happened I took out the Compact Plus Price Lock off R629 a month including access fee now why is my payment amount higher than what is advertised and another thing is I added Showmax and paid the Pro Rata amount but now Showmax doesn't work and doesn't want to ad to my DSTV account even the DSTV agents are struggling to ad it,it keeps on giving a error message or I don't get my activation link via email,why is there constantly issues with DSTV every single month seriously.

28 Aug 2024, 07:10I took out the Price Lock of R629 with access fee,isn't it with the Price Lock there is no fee increase for the duration of the contract and Showmax has issues I talked with your agents they are also waiting for it to be fixed and they refunded the Showmax payment to my main DSTV ACC and I also asked them to cancel it because I couldn't watch it.
