My mother has a decoder at Eastern Cape that is registered on her name and another one that is registered on my father's name Malinge Mkwana in Cape town. The one that is in Cape town is not paid and multichoice choice disconnected both of them. How can they do that. I understand they can disconnect the one is unpaid in Cape town.
