Dstv 65 years and older are PENALISED.

Notified hello peter about ultraview package relating to my age being over 65. Multichoice responded and apologized and emphatically informed me that there are NO age penalties for persons over 65. I was told a consultant would be in contact me within the week which was 2,5 weeks ago. Went to multichoice yesterday 20:03:2022 umhlanga. Had an EXCEPTIONALLY helpful consultant which was Thabo who did all the paperwork but could not issue us with the unit as they had no stock. Today the 26:3:2023 he called to inform us that because we are older than 65 (67) our ultra view free unit for 2 years has been declined.?????????????
