Dstv

I've signed up for DSTV streaming on the 11/12/2021. I made the payment via THEIR **** website and made the online purchase. Up until today I have not watched dstv what so ever but they have taken my money, when I call call centre their idiot agents and managers tells me to send a valid proof of payment for an ONLINE PURCHASE like really!!! Dstv is pathetic their services and their staff. When I told these so called professional people at dstv I cant send a POP only bank statement they tell me it's not valid. So they just pushing me away and I've paid for a service I'm not receiving
