Just feel the need to express my experience at DSTV Somerset West branch. The waiting room was full and more people arriving just before 10am. Would’ve been nice if the staff could’ve said it’s going to be load shedding and won’t be able to operate. But nothing of the sort. They just stop working with no explanation and a room full of people. It’s my third time there and never once had a good experience. Problem still not sorted!!!!
