DSTV

The service offered by DSTV, Middestad mall, Pretoria CBD is poor. Today I went there to request them to change ownership of a decoder and I was informed that the system was not working. I was there on two occasions around April this year and the same service was not working. In order to change ownership, one must travel to Gezina while they are supposed to offer the service. When I asked when the service will be operational, I received 'I don't know' as a response. This is the same response I received back in April. Very disappointed with DSTV Middestad mall.
