I have paid R484 on the 27th of June 2024, and R132 on the 29th of June 2024. To my surprise they can see the payments, but they are telling me that there was a reversal of the R484 on the 2nd of July 2024. Whereas I am not aware of such. They requested a proof of payment and, I did. But my account is not reconnected.
