Since 24 March no signal (or garbage messages) for about 30 members of a "Stay essential" package for retirement villages. Frail old people, all alone (covid) on a flat and their only entertainment just not there although fully paid for. No urgency from DSTV to rectify. Spend R800 in airtime on phonecalls NO PROGRESS.
