As per my credit report I owe DSTV an amount of R392.00 on 2022/05/18 at 17h42 I made a payment of R392.00 now DSTV is claiming that I still owe an amount of R3832.48...I do NOT acknowledge this alleged amount. On all 4 of the credit bureaus it is showing R392.00 I have sent 2 reports showing the R392.00 to DSTV but still they are ignoring it!!! I was told by one of the agents from DSTV I need to pay the alleged amount to be reconnected I DO NOT WANT TO BE RECONNECTED as I do not own a tv for a couple of years now.
I WANT my paid up letter from DSTV and they just don't want to provide me with it!!!!
