Dstv

So many complaints against dstv....anyway my story is: Im on access...I called dstv in September to check if i can have an add on (the only channel i wanted was the soccer one)....boooooom come the 15th i now owe R1500 because i have been ugraded to premium...like wooooow...i called during the day ...apparently there is no turn around time to finalise the complaint....from the other reviews will see how mine is handled...but i am not paying the R1500...
