Very bad service from Nosihle on live chat. I paid for my streaming service but I was given my old account number as reference. Now they are unable to reallocate the funds to the correct streaming account. She said I must visit a branch which I am unable to do as I am it the bush far from a DSTV branch

Happy to report that my problem is now resolved. Dearest Makamohelo Musi contacted me and quickly resolved the issue and reconnected me. I would however prefer not to report the frustrations to Hello Peter but to rather be assisted via the normal DSTV channels. first time.
