Very bad service, today is the 15 th of September 2023. I called in 3 weeks bk regarding my dstv account querie No1 as got bk to me yet. They hit a mis with my account details. Dey av all the wrng account details every time I called in dey say dey calling bk but never did in fact the agent as pulled out wrng details an gave another customer. Plz advise
