I, Edwin Fortuin (Customer No. ***4) regularly participate in the soccer game on the DSTV app and I love the prizes I've won so far. On the 9th of December I won a R50 Nandos voucher and shortly after a Sports gear voucher. I received the Nandos voucher, but not the Sports gear voucher. I send emails to them regarding this, but I never got a straight answer from them. I checked the Awards and History section of the app, but nothing. I think there is a bug in the app, because I've build-up more than 200 goals and it just disappeared into thin air. I am very disappointed DSTV and I hope you will investigate and send my Sports gear code via email or the app.
