Dstv

I am so disappointed in DSTV. I've never had any satisfaction dealing with them. Problems from the start. I've had enough. I've been trying for 2 weeks to solve a problem on my DSTV. I've phoned 3 times reporting problem but still not sorted out. They happy to take my money every month but no service. If you don't pay they put your DSTV off. I've asked the lady if you can get a refund for no service and she said no you can't. Fatima is the supervisor and was supposed to phone me back. But she is no good. Not that I am surprised. They all no.good. I am strongly thinking of canceling my contract and look for a alternative option .
