DSTV

My DSTV has been switched of the fourth time this month. Allegedly due to non payment. Although we have a debit order to pay this monthly. Not with standing the debit order we also paid manually on the 9th of Sept at a multichoice shop. Although we tried several times to phone the call center at different times over 24 days without being able to speak to a consultant.
