Some1 from multichoice upgraded both my Decoders to premium channels without my consent. On Saturday i spoke with multichoice agent telling him or her that i see ive got full channels on my Decoder but i paid for Compact channels. He/she told me i can continue to watch i must not worry and i pay X amount on 25 August 2022. But i still told the agent that i cant watch something i cant afford. Well today my account was suspended and i was told i did not pay. Even though debit order went through on the 26 July 2022. Today i was forced to pay R367 to open my account. Kanti whts happening at multichoice?

03 Aug 2022, 14:32Yes after i complained when my decoders were disconnected. And i was told to pay R368.00 to reconnect them. Mind you i did not ask to be upgraded
I even asked on Saturday y am i seeing full channels? And i was told no i can continue watching. And i specifically told the lady that i cant have full channels, she said i can continue watching i must not worry. To my surprise on Tuesday my services were disconnected.
