Dstv 3 working days call back policy

Dstv promises to call you back withing 3 working days????? After numerous occasions asking for them to call me back since November I still have not received any call. I have even gone to there walk in center which has also logged calls on my behalf but still no one seems to call you back . Please remove your 3 day call back policy as this is FSLSE! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! ?
