Hi Nesta, Thank you for your prompt response. Please note that our DSTV was only de-activated yesterday afternoon. I went onto the website to see what my outstanding balance is and it shows that I owe R 1822.00. As per my previous message is it impossible for me to owe R 1822.00. Can we please get this sorted as a matter of urgency. I await your prompt response. Kind regards,
