Dstv wrote me a massage telling me that if i upgrade my package to family they will move me to compact with no extra cost...and when i check my balance it wa the same amount that i used to pay wich is R116 for access i payed that amount on the 2 of September 2022...now they telling me to pay another amount of R278.71 before 10/09....
