Since the 15 of May dstv with a debit order withdraw R1093 out of my account. Then this follows on June the same amount. Then 15 July they take R2111.85 and then ten days later on the 25 of July they suspend my service and said that i need to pay R1918 and i did. In August they did not take anything. On the 12 of September they take R1174 and 8 day later on the 20 September they take R959.83. When i change to prizelog my funds of R1700 was never transfer to the new account. It is now about 8 days that i stragle to sort my account out with about R700 on cell phone cost. I have spent 90 minutes today alone on the phone with them without any success. Can somebody please assist me.
