Account was escalated to billing department as I paid extra amount (not on debit order as my husband work on commission), monthly amout R935, credit was R437, billed R829, paid R480 today as this is the difference. No call received from DSTV billing dept re this issue. Phoned on Sunday 5/9 and Monday 6/9. Being with DSTV for a long time, worst service
