This letter is to notify you of our dissatisfaction with your products I would have expected better experience from a company of your caliber, unfortunately that was not the case. As a result of this inadequate service, I am thinking of totally cancelling all subscriptions to DSTV. The resulting inconvenience is intolerable. I request that you make all necessary amendments to sort out this problem.

I hope that you plan to take necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future. I look forward to your reply and actions.
