Its now clear that multi choice as turned into an organization that is *********** across the board.
I called the call center 11 times and sent 5 emails for them to restore my account and they have failed to do so.
Very disappointing

06 Apr 2019, 22:57My account was restored @ 21:00. Waited whole day for something that could have taken 5mins.. well thats what the computerized voice said when i called the call centre! but anyway thanks for whosoever helped.
