Swapped a damaged decoder for the 2nd time in 8 months, three weeks ago for my holiday home Didn't work. Was told to get an installer who tested everything and proved it was the decoder

Took it back today and now I'm told they don't have any more swap outs. No apology and never mind I wasted a call out for an installer No wonder people are moving to Netflix
