I'm not happy on hown they handled my query. I made a payment to wrong reference on the 27.02.19, I emailed the proof of payment on the 4.03.19 after they suspended my sub scripting, and I called them , they reinstated, no one called me for 2 weeks. Today they suspended my service , when I called them they say I must wait for 24 hrs.
