Disgusted in your unprofessional service! Ive just made a payment on my Dstv account and i want my account reconnected. I phone your contact centre to ask for assistance. Your voice prompts say that if i make payment i can reconnect my account immediately. I chose to rather speak to a consultant. I was told if i make a payment my account can not be reconnect. Your consultant then suggested i use the dstv whatsapp and everything will be sorted same time. I made a payment and my account is not connected. I call your call centre again.....and the system is offline?! I ask your consultant to call me back....and no outgoing calls can be made??? What????? Ive spent forever wasting my airtime trying to get my account reconnected!!!
