I shared an experience on the 11 of April. Since then I have had two replies (the one a standard reply and the other one a Rupert saying that they will contact me), and the balance is now showing as R 7 046.62 due by 12 May.
What is happening. I prefer an answer via e-mail, since I had a stroke and cannot communicate clearly on the phone.
