DSTV 24 months price lock contract is a ****

DSTV 24 months price lock special is a scan and don't fall for it. In March 2021, I entered into 24 months price lock contract with DSTV. The special was on the compact subscription which included the Explorer Decoder for R449.00. I also added the second Explorer Decoder for additional R49.00. My 24 months contract ended in March 2023 and this is when all my troubles started. On Monday the 13th of June I received a notification that this month the amount due is R789.00. When I tried to enquire about this huge amount on compact subscription, I was told that there R100 is the balance brought forward and another R70 for 2 Point installation which I still owe DSTV for next 5 Months. What surprised me the most was that I was paying my DSTV account via debit order and for the last 24 months I never missed any payments. I called them on Tuesday the 14th of June, I was promised to be called before 17h00 that day with a solution to my problem until today they never bother to call back or try resolve this issue.
