I have been disconnected several times for the past 3months I am told my funds have not been allocated and being charged reconnection fees for funds that they are not allocating when I am connected my pvr functions are not functioning need to call them again to connect pvr functions. I have spent a lot of airtime and time trying to fix this problem but they say they are excalating it. When will it get there I don't know
