All the so called help services dstv have are useless. As for the call center you have to wait like 1 hour to be helped. What a f....ed up service. Dstv takes advantage of the people of South Africa. Take our monthly subscription an give the worst sservice ever. When will dstv get some competition

26 May 2020, 19:41Got through to call center and was give a reference number and told to wait for 30 minutes and that the error will clear but nothing. All this only after dstv sent me a software upgrade. This is now getting to me and i am going to get very rude.

26 May 2020, 19:48Now that the call center is closed. I guess i will get no help until tomorrow morning. Well done stupid dstv. Hows this still under COVID-19 lockdown and now no dstv. Eish what a bunch of idiots from the highest to the lowest employees.
