Receive the worst service from DSTV. Logged a complaint I313. They promised it will be sorted but it is still not sorted.

08 Mar 2023, 19:13I made a payment on 28 Feb 2023. Up untill today I have not been able to view DSTV. When I phoned for the fourth time they said I should go to the nearest DSTV. I made a payment on 28 Feb for R799.99, when I phoned today my balance is R300. What happened to my money if I didnt even watch DSTV? I have to travel more than 100km to visit DSTV? This has been going on for months, my previous two complaints have not been resolved. I would not recommend DSTV to nobody
