1st I want to express the embarrassment and disappointment I have been through trying to get my refund from multichoice. All 5 requests resulting in failure from multichoice. All I can say is multichoice and it's consultants are sworn ****s. One person tells you that the refund is due in 7-14 days, the next person says the claim was either rejected or was never made. I am really fed up and am even considering cutting ties with the useless service provider. I have been a loyal customer, and my loyalty was rewarded with the poorest service when it comes to me receiving money, money that is rightfully mine. Can this public organisation start serving people with dignity. If I had to rate the service from 1-10, it would be a clear 0. Really ****ed off.
