Dear hellopeter my name is paulina am writing you guys because I have a problem with DSTV.. OK Lastyear I was given a discount by dstv..they said that they are giving me a discount and I'll be paying R109 for 6 to 8 months if not mistaken..ok I agreed well I've been paying that 109 from last year October until this month..now I just checked my balance to see if my balance is still 109..they say am owing R321..Mind you am using access not compact or wha what...I confronted them about it asking how come I owe R321 ..they say it's arrears of 190.90..to my surprise my decoder has been active all this time..they say I've been paying short amount...like how come because I was given a discount and my monthly balance was always 109 everytime I have to pay...

Guys help me because I can't pay 321..they Rather put back my usually amount wich was 129..and how come my monthly payment always say 109 if I was paying short amount Vele..how could they let me pay 109 all this time and never told me that I was paying short amount and disconnect the decoder..then all of sudden am owing that huge amount...besides am not working how will I manage that kind of an amount...😭😢
