As much as I hate going to a dentist for root canal treatment, I'll rather do that 5 times a day than deal with incompetence from Dstv. It has taken two weeks and still have not got my wives decoder transferred onto my name. Firstly the form has an incorrect return to email address- come on this is a primary school error. Now that I have the right department its can't do it because of this or that. Why can't one person come back and tell you what needs to be done in point form from 1 to 5. Now they won't accept the form because it is not in a pdf format. Ridiculous
