I want to inform you guys that I am on the verge of laying a complaint on hello peter because I am surely not the only client that this has happened to.
You send me an email / promotion that make me think that the subscription is free for the month of May. The promotion did not state please see terms and conditions of promotion you idiots.
Now my kids cant watch Television because of your *********** idiots and it means in order for us to watch DSTV I will need to pay a reconnection fee, ******* is what I am telling you.
I requested a manager to contact me and have not heard of anyone making contact with me, but I myself have spend over a R150 worth of airtime getting the issue resolved and you idiots dont have the decency to contact me back. The worst service I have received from a supposedly world class multimedia company.... Shocking service no wonder a *** people signed a petition complaining about repeats.
Also I dont want hear about await period of 24hours because if it wasnt for your stupid misleading promotion, my kids would have been watching their programs by now.
So I need a manager to get in touch with me asap, today still.

I called again and got through to your branch in Durban eventually ran out of airtime. Not a single person got back to me since yesterday and I have literally wasted R300 worth or airtime attempting to resolve my issue.
This is absolutely pathetic service from a so called world class service provider.
24 hours have come and gone and all you hear is sweet nothing from the relevant team bunch of Idiots.
