Almost 3 months and counting to sort out my Pricelock billing. Should be billed at R894 with my setup, but end of December my bill was R1000, then end of January R1004 and for February it went up to R1155.. I've got 5 reference numbers and in only 1 case they've called me back, a few days ago, promising that my account was resolved.. Just after that call I lost picture to my 2 Xtra view decoders and have had to call in again to get it activated. Totally messed up my account. There promise of 8 working hours to get back to you is a pipe dream
