DSTV 15 days showmax free trial billed for it

last month i had went to the showmax free trial, and used it for about two days and i stopped. i spoke to 2 ladies whom i requestd that they deactivate this service because i dont make use of it as i dont have internet at home, and i see now the service is still active and i am billed a trial free service. i confirmed with the ladies if i wont be billed i was reassured i wont be billed and they told me that my 15 days trial allows me to watch till the 6th of June. this is day light ******s i dont want this service and please do no bill me for this .
