Good day<br> I buy myself a Decoder in March pay 700 on the 9th off March to install it they disconnect it on The 8th off April then I leave it disconnected till the 15th when I get paid then I know it will be connected till the 15th so I phone them to change my payment date it will be from the 15th off April till the 15th May, they told me there is an additional fee off 185-00 rand to pay180-00 my Daughter was not sure off the amount before the 7th I paid it on the 6th it was disconnect it on the 8th it cost me R42-00 to phone them Friday the 8th of may they connect it on Saturday morning 3Hoo in the morning they disconnect it again I must pay R5-00 I went and pay R20-00 Cost me another 29-00 +12-00 Vodacom to call them every thing is sorted out it won't happen again and guest what 10-10 last knight they disconnect it again so this morning it cost me another 40-00 rand to solve the problem so for this month a DSTV CANNEL OF R699-00 COST ME R 1023-00 AND THAT IS NOT EVEN FOR A FULL MONTH IT WAS DISCONECTED FOR 7 DAYS AND EVERY TIME THE Y WANT ME TO PAY A R50-00 CONECTION FEE
