DSTN - Poor Service

Our DSTV contract is in my wife's name. The contract expired a few months ago and twice we contacted DSTV (what a mission to get help!!) to take out a new contract. First via the website and secondly by calling in. On both occasions we were promised they would call us back. We are still waiting!! This is how they treat customers for new business. Imagine how they will treat you if you need assistance!!!
