A few months ago I was first contacted by Sales for the new Explora. I told the consultant that I was not ready to move to the new explorer.
Two weeks ago I decided that I want to obtain the new Explora. What is so frustrating is that I have just received a call from Sales: tel number +***5. When I answer I can hear them in the background but they just cut the call. I have received 7 of these calls during the last 2 weeks. I don't know if they just want to pretend to make telesales and don't answer the call. It is rather shocking especially since I want to purchase the Explora AND have been a loyal client for the last 20 years!!!!! My current decoder needs to be updated.
I rate the Sales Team - 10.
