I’m a dstv subscriber on compact package and also paying extra view plus pvr services, my monthly subscription is R560. In February I changed my old decoder and was given another one through insurance, however end of February I paid over R700. I have spoken to over 10 consultants and two team leaders but no one sees anything wrong, i called them again this week to find out how much I should pay and was told to pay R750 which is way too high for my subscription, I requested to speak to the manager again but was placed on hold until the call disconnected, I’ve spent over 400 of airtime calling dstv to resolve my problem but it is falling on deaf ears. Please help
