Dsrv App

The MyDstv app is useless. I used to be able to switch the decoder in my holiday home on from Pretoria. That option is no longer available. Apparently I have to be in my holiday home to switch my decoder on. Now what happens if I invite my friends to stay in my holiday home? Must I now give my mobile phone to them? To phone the helpline of Dstv is a nightmare. The service is really bad and you have to explain your problem to them. More than once. Poor show!
