Trying to register for Pensioners discount. Internet searches shows it is available. Try to check on rewards as mentioned - Very conveniently for them, it Just bombs out every try. Tried doing it on WhatsApp, very conveniently for them no response at all. With the rising cost of DSTV and becoming extremely expensive, we as pensioners need the discount as t=stated by them. However, they make it impossible to apply and actually get the discount. In short, DSTV self-help, website as well as WhatsApp is of NO use at all. (Except if they want your money) I have been a client since the start of DSTV and obviously expect better treatment as a loyal subscriber for many, many years!
