DS Tv ******** us

These people are running a **** now. I am currently on DS TV compact plus and they are debiting directly from my account but i have to pay R1460.00. I was initially paying R764.00 December 2022. January I took an insurance for my decoders which if R78.00 for 3 decoders and the internet connection, which i was promised that i will be paying R79 because i am on Compact plus. Which was going to add up to an amount of R921. Therefore i noticed that my January statement was just over R1100 which i called DS Tv and i was advised that it was pro-rata. I then understood. This month (February) i paid R1019 in total i called again and i was advised that they will log a call to the DS Tv internet to call me back. The Lady from DS Tv internet called me today and hanged up on me when i questioned her about why is my account now over R1400. I then called the DS Tv again and i spoke to Lebitso Posho who also hanged up on me. I just want to know why is DS Tv doing this to me.

I would like to ask Management to intervein on this matter urgently before i return everything or rather cancel the DS Tv.
