Dropping more channels
<p>So DSTV announced its dropping another 4 channels today without adding any! I think it's now 6 channels this year they have dropped without adding any! They are putting 6 existing channels on HD to try mask their robbing us of more channels! Don't BS us add channels if you remove them ! You are doing us no favour by removing channels! You are robbing us as your costs drop! Remove that BS badly dubbed Brazilian sitcom channel that you dragged out of some studios dustbins if you want to be honest about your audiences views! ADD MORE QUALITY channels you owe us 6 this year! Or ill do Net flix from the US!</p>

This research helped us to identify some channels that our customers were not watching or which had the same content as other channels.
We use this research to also understand what we can do to improve the channels that are on DStv – a number of the M-Net movie channels, M-Net City and M-Net Family, as well as other channels like Discovery IDx and FOX Entertainment have improved significantly in the last year.
By actively managing the channel offering on DStv, we ensure you get access to the best local and international entertainment, delivered to you first – and where we can, in crystal clear HD.
We’re also making some of your favourite M- channels available in HD – a total of 9 from the M-Net stable of channels and a selection of general entertainment and kids channels.
This is part of our ongoing commitment to continue to enhance the entertainment we offer you, and how that entertainment is delivered to you, so you can truly feel every moment with us.
